Cody is the definition of what customer service should be. He is always on time, his work if perfect and he’s very respectful. He goes above and beyond my expectations every time. I will never have anyone else do my plumbing work. I recommend Cody to everyone I know.

Cody is extremely honest, reliable and efficient. We noticed a leak in our main water line (definitely not planned) and had our water heater replaced (planned). Cody handled both issues for us. We highly recommend Cody/ Plumb-hard LLC

Cody arrived in the timeframe he promised. He is very friendly and professional, even wiping his feet at the door as he entered my home. He listened to me well and allowed me to explain all the issues I was having. He accurately diagnose the problem and told me upfront how much it would cost for the job. he fixed my drain replace to sprayer increased my water pressure and did a repair that would help alleviate future problems. Cody is the ultimate professional! I am glad I read the nextdoor post that someone made to talk about his great service. He definitely lived up to the great reviews. I had a bursted pipe underneath my driveway and I was not looking forward to shopping around for quotes and being taken to the cleaners.
