We had an emergency where the shower drain started bubbling up water at 2:30 am. Someone flushed the toilet a floor above and the toilet wouldn't stop flushing. It drained fine, but the shower on the floor below began to overflow. I turned off the water to the toilet above and the overflow in shower stopped and began to recede. But we did not want a repeat. Have had great service from Plumb Crazy! Have used them twice now—once to correct a shower drain problem which another well advertised company did not fix after 4 trys! Tim investigated the problem and on second try with a camera up the pipe found a piece of WOOD stuck in it! He got that out and no more problems. The second time was to check the hot water heater in my newer house which the inspector thought there was a problem of no drip pan or gas shutoff handle—Tim showed me where both were there and how to get to the gas ... read more
