I absolutely adore this place. The staff is wonderful and the maintenance guy Joseph is beyond helpful and takes pride in his work. Great job keeping this complex thriving!
The girl in the office didn't seem to know what she was doing or very confident at all. The unit was old and outdated. I also got a weird vibe from this place, especially when I walked inside the building. They don't have a gym nor a descent size laundry room. I won't be renting here, a bit overpriced for not even having more perks. Plus, you have to pay water and garbage on top of that ridiculous price for an outdated apartment.
I do not recommend renting here. Fake phony management that does not really care about their tenants, or handle issues properly. Lots of plumbing issues and the water is always turned off. I really look forward to my move soon. I would advise a future renter to look elsewhere.

I’ve had such a positive experience living at Plumas Garden Apartments, and a huge part of that is because of Michelle and Joseph!!! From the moment I moved in, Michelle has always been welcoming and kind. She goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued, and you can tell she truly cares about the community and the people who live here. Joseph has also been amazing!
