They keep harassing me with phone calls. My number is registered on the "Do Not Call" list but Plum Windows does not seem to care. I'm going to report them and maybe make some money in small claims court for violating the Do Not Call register. Also, some of the positive reviews here seem to have fake names. I believe Plum Windows wrote those reviews.

Definitely over priced, and very poor customer seevice response. The product quality is slightly better, but it does not justify the price gouging (it's only aluminum, wood, or vinyl!). I asked for a quote on three aluminum windows & door. Week later had to call them back to remind them about me. After I finally received the quote, I had more questions, so I emailed my questions to the GM, John Wagner, and 2 weeks later still no response or follow up call. My impression is that they are only interested in big $$ orders.

A sales representative by the name of Adam came to my home to give me the sales pitch. It was interesting but way too long. He told me he would get back to me within the week with an emailed quote. After ten days, I contacted him. He told me someone at the office had gone to a funeral and he was busy. He finally sent me a quote which took my breath away. That's not the complaint.
