Great apartment, good place to rent!
None of my maintenance requests were ever followed through with. I went the entire year without a properly functioning lock on my door. The bathtub had a huge hole patched with caulk and they claimed to have professional cleaning done before I moved in but it was disgusting. Cigarette burns in the carpet and dead bugs everywhere. Additionally, they will take out the majority of your deposit no matter how clean you leave the place. Location was good but I never felt safe or valued as a tenant.
I've been a renter there for several years now. I can say that the management are good people and the workers they have are great. Anytime I've had a problem if was fixed promptly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent.
Spent a little time in and at and around this complex. Had a relative that lived here a couple years. Not to bad of a place. Parking was good. We always came and parked in the back. There are full car sized storage spaces available to rent. This place is clean.
Lived in Plum Villa for several years while attending USD. The apartments are nice and clean and the location is great! The few times I had to call in for a service request it was handled very quickly. I would recommend them.
