We moved from Nebraska to Seattle and lived in the “I” building at Palm Tree Apartments for eight months. Sent me to collections for a bill I payed in full on time, and I'm not the only one. They do this to a lot of people on move out (see other 1 star reviews). I lived there for 8 years, and they implemented a new way of paying rent. Because of this new system not letting Plum Tree know that I paid my move out bill a few days later, I was sent to collections. Because of this my credit score plummeted, even though I paid my move out cost in full and on time. This was the end of January. It is now July and I'm still in collection... read more
