Living here was an absolute nightmare. I would give zero stars if I could. The neighbors were unbearably noisy, blasting music and causing constant disturbance. I complained many times, sent multiple emails, and called the office repeatedly — but the management ignored me every single time. No calls returned, no emails answered. We moved from Nebraska to Seattle and lived in the “I” building at Palm Tree Apartments for eight months. After the first five months, we decided to move back to Nebraska, even though we continued paying rent for the apartment while not living there. Why? Sent me to collections for a bill I payed in full on time, and I'm not the only one. They do this to a lot of people on move out (see other 1 star reviews). I lived there for 8 years, and they implemented a new way of paying rent. Because of this new system not letting Plum Tree know that I paid my move out bill a few days later, I was sent to collections. Sent me to collections for a bill I payed in full on time. I lived there for 8 years, and they implemented a new way of paying rent. Because of this new system not letting Plum Tree know that I paid my move out bill a few days later, I was sent to collections. Because of this my credit score plummeted, even though I paid my move out cost in full and on time. This was the end of January. It is now July and I'm still in collections for a bill I payed in January. Also the inside pool hasn't been open or usable since 2020.
