I rented there for over a year. No problems. Yes, the walls are not soundproof but all my neighbors were quiet. A good place to meet my many clients. And very reasonable for an office space plus centrally located so convenient.
This business is AWFUL. Scammers don't return security deposits of long term renters. They won't even change a lightbulb. Crappy little office spaces for sketchy, temporary "businesses" that you'd never want to be associated with!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!!
