The first visit that my mom had the Dr was polite, his receptionist not very. On the second visit (she went to him for a second opinion) he was extremely rude to my sister, who was there to translate for my mom. He made them feel extremely uncomfortable! My sister told him that he shouldn't speak to his patients the way that he was speaking to them.
