This place is garbage I have lived here for almost a year now I was moved into a lower apartment and because they want me to sign a different year lease I lived her son's June and now that I moved into a lower unit they're telling me I have to pay them an additional 2 months rent to move out during this pandemic I don't feel comfortable living in this environment with them moving people in the maintenance peeples apartment I'd been seeing people moving and apartments left and right with just bags and blankets and all kinds o... read more

Plum Tree is a great place to live! It's well maintained by a friendly staff that's on top of everything and is willing to go out of their way to keep you satisfied. It's our home, and I wouldn't have it any other way!
every thing about the place is bs to high price very high electric bill in the summer because people down stairs dont run the air and living in the upper unit your air never stops running
Location - Location - Location And a knowledgeable staff and maintenance crew - It feels like home.
We've lived here for almost 6 years. We love it, the staff is totally great. Maintenance is knowledgeable and gets all issues fixed. Pet friendly, great Club House and relaxing area to live with a park practically in our back yard.
Quiet place, comfortable apartments with the necessary amenities. Rent DOES go up if you renew your lease, but not by an exaggerated amount. *Although I worry this will happen with every renewal* My husband and I renewed for another year, we love living here and feel comfortable and safe, much valued because we have three little ones. Management has always been available for us, as well as maintance (if needed). Would recommend Plum Tree!
Beautiful and well maintained. I have a large unit with a fire place and private patio. I love coming home. Very affordable for the quality of living space. Staff are extremely friendly.
I'll give all stars to Plume tree as living place in the town.
