There's so many reasons why I recommend NOT living here!! The Plum Tree’s Building AC Equipment failed, either because of age or lack of maintenance. This caused flooding in my bedroom and wrecked furniture. It also Increased the cost of my utility bill to run their equipment (dehumidifier and a fan) for several weeks to try and get rid of the water, dampness, and terrible smell in the carpet, drywall and apartment.
