We moved in 4 months ago. The apartment was just recarpeted and the kitchen was refurbished with new appliances, cabinets, and flooring. Virginia and Vanessa are always available in the office during normal business hours, and after-hours / weekends, there is an emergency line to call. We've had a couple of routine maintenance calls which were addressed IMMEDIATELY. I'm talking a knock on the door from one of the staff within minutes. MY EXPERIENCE HERE WAS FARMOST ONE OF THE WORST. PLEASE IF YOUR CONSIDERING MOVING HERE BE AWARE. THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS HORRIBLE. SHE WILL MAKE UP ALL TYPES OF EXCUSES TO NOT RENEW YOUR LEASE AND ACT LIKE SHE OWNS THE PROPERTY. THE MAINTENANCE REQUEST WILL GET HALFWAY DONE. I HAD TO FIX AND REPAIR ALOT OF THINGS MYSELF. PROPERTY IS OLD AND OUTDATED. EVERYTIME IT RAINED IT WOULD DAMAGE MY PATIO FURNITURE BECAUSE THEY WOULDNT PROVIDE A VISOR ON THE ROOF TO COVER MY PATIO.
