MY EXPERIENCE HERE WAS FARMOST ONE OF THE WORST. PLEASE IF YOUR CONSIDERING MOVING HERE BE AWARE. THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS HORRIBLE. SHE WILL MAKE UP ALL TYPES OF EXCUSES TO NOT RENEW YOUR LEASE AND ACT LIKE SHE OWNS THE PROPERTY. THE MAINTENANCE REQUEST WILL GET HALFWAY DONE. I HAD TO FIX AND REPAIR ALOT OF THINGS MYSELF. PROPERTY IS OLD AND OUTDATED. EVERYTIME IT RAINED IT WOULD DAMAGE MY PATIO FURNITURE BECAUSE THEY WOULDNT PROVIDE A VISOR ON THE ROOF TO COVER MY PATIO.
