I remember renting here a while back, it appears the same people are working in the office. They ruined my credit unless I paid thousands within the month, ridiculous bogus charges. Garages were always dirty and dilapidated. They didn't seem to care about keeping the place nice and neat. It's all a facade. Claremont is a beautiful city and then you have this eyesore that you wouldn't notice at first glance or lives in firsthand. Celavie.
Very expensive
I recently had the misfortune of dealing with the leasing lady at this property, and I can honestly say it was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've encountered. Her demeanor was consistently unfriendly, and she seemed genuinely irritated by any questions or requests. Each interaction felt like an uphill battle, with her dismissive comments and eye rolls leaving me feeling unwelcome. Rented here a couple years back, once lease ended I was hit with all these ridiculous charges. Be warned.
I lived at Plum Tree apartments for 3 years and cannot say enough wonderful things. Everything at Plum Tree was so efficient and clean. Anytime I needed something repaired, the issue would be resolved immediately, the maintenance crew was very trustworthy and always had a smile on. In addition, the manager, Julie was always accessible, honest, and very responsive. You will be hard pressed to find a manager that cares so much about the building and its tenants.
