Hidden Jewel of a Restaurant. It is among the top three places to eat in the Kingsport area. All ingredients fresh. I have had 4 different dishes here and they all have been excellent! The shrimp in Mango Sauce may be my favorite shrimp dish of all time. They have an unreal busy take-out business, But the dining room is peaceful and has a really relaxing atmosphere for a Dinner with Friends. I am going to make it my policy to eat at the Plum Trees at least weekly.

My favorite in tri-cities. Never have had a bad meal. The shrimp in lobster sauce is amazing. My wife usually gets the chicken fried rice never finishes at all. Of course later finish it for her at home. Great place to eat.

Far and far away the best Chinese Restaurant around and one of the very best of all restaurants in the area. The food is delicious and the service excellent. It's clean and beautiful inside. Very highly recommended!

I ordered chicken and broccoli without broccoli with noodles instead of rice. The lady specifically asked if I wanted the brown sauce and I said yes. I received just plain chicken in broth, so it was very nasty. And I received rice, no noodles. I'm still pissed about it. The crab Rangoon tasted nasty, like it was soured, I'm praying I don't get sick. Pay that much for food which was nasty and they can't get right neither!! Won't eat there again.
