Plum Street Garden apartments has been a wonderful place to live. Their staff is on top of it and super helpful. Glenda Thomas, the new property manager, has been absolutely wonderful! Maintenance requests get solved in a timely manner and the service is top notch. I would recommend this complex.
Great place, the apartments are modern and very nice. the location is great, you can walk to the beach and the grocery store. Nice and quiet. The manger is great.
scammed us for an application fee when there were no available listings. Don't go to this place.
I went with my partner (both of us are POC) to look at the complex as a prospective resident. Upon driving into the parking lot, we were followed closely by an older white woman in a green Honda CR-V. Upon leaving, she continued to follow us all the way to Capitola Beach - even when we got out of the car to go to a shop. She circled the block several times, looking at me directly in the eye, and even stopped to record my license plate, while stopped in the middle of the street, blocking traffic. I really like Plum Street Garden Apartments. My initial impression of the facility and the on-site staff is warm and welcoming. The grounds are bright, colorful, and well maintained. All sorts of plants, shrubs and even beautiful tall palm trees are spread throughout the spacious common area in and around the units; evidence that they really care about the property where people call home.
