I am the manager here at Plum Pudding and am just seeing this post. We pride ourselves on customer service and I am sorry if this person received poor service.
Awful customer service – I was disgusted by the treatment I received from an elderly woman working this shop. I purchased a gold chain link necklace and attempted to wear it within a couple days of my purchase. But, the chain links were thin and apparently a cheap material, causing one link to snap off while trying to hook it around my neck for the first time!
