I absolutely love Plum Pediatrics. They consistently listen to my concerns and have always accommodated last minute appointments when needed. Referrals to specialists are sent promptly and always followed up on. The receptionists are kind and attentive, and the physicians truly take the time to listen. They also speak directly to my child and explain the instruments they use when taking vitals, which makes such a difference. The staff is very friendly. I was amazed by the short wait time and the quality of service. I look forward to visiting them for all of my son’s pediatric needs.
Receptionist told me I needed a checkup for my ten year old so I scheduled and even made my husband leave work early so my daughter could get to her appointment on time. Not only did we wait a long time but the receptionist came in the room and said that she wasn’t due for an appointment until April next year no apology just quickly asked if I wanted to schedule a follow up. Not only did they waste my time and gas they couldn’t even be polite about the mistake. I’m going to be finding a new pediatrician.
We absolutely love plum pediatrics from the staff all the way down to the pediatricians. This is a wonderful location! my daughter has been with them since we moved to the dfw area almost 3 years ago and each visit is fast, welcoming & efficient.
