Best apartment complex we've ever lived at. Not only is it beautiful (such lovely fruit trees and plants!) but the staff is exceptional. They keep the shared spaces like laundry rooms extremely clean, maintenance is very quick (often same day), office is friendly, and security is thoughtful (tucking away packages onto our porch at night if they walked past them and saw they're still out). This is a wonderful place, from the peaceful setting, the greenery, the people, and everything else. We stayed for a few years — we wish we could stay longer. The rent was on the low side for the location, quality, safety and amenities provided. Susan and Malgorzata were extremely nice and accommodating. This complex is family-owned and has a nice mix of one-bed and two-bed apartments. Susan and Malgorzata were both incredibly kind, responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond to work with me, which I greatly appreciate! This complex is very well maintained, quiet, feels safe, friendly staff and overall highly recommend living here.
We enjoyed our time at Plum Orchard! We wished we could have stayed longer—the price was reasonable, the property management team was friendly and helpful, and the on-site security team added to our peace of mind. The environment was tranquil, with well-maintained greenery all around. José from the maintenance team is a rock star—friendly and efficient. Highly recommend Plum Orchard to everyone!
I lived there for 4 years. Great place. It is well kept. Staff and manager were nice and helpful. Requests for maintenance were handled promptly. They treat you like family and so easy to work with. My move in and move out happened very smoothly, and I still keep in touch with some of my neighbors there. Thank you Plum Orchard.
