Overall I like my apartment. Everything works and maintenance has always been good. however, last year the spider mites were pretty bad and although I complained nothing was done. This year they have been terrible, killing 3 of my plants on my patio, working on two of the hostas planted next to my patio and the lilac tree that was butchered before I moved in and has been recovering the past few years.
