Knowing Plum Market's reputation for good customer service I went there to buy a birthday cake. I selected a cake and asked for "happy birthday" to be written on top. The bakery staff said they couldn't do it! Jewel will put "happy birthday" on top so how can you not?! When I was checking out they asked about my shopping experience and I told them I wished I could have "happy birthday" on the cake. Nothing was done to address the issue. I'm so disappointed.
