When I say this company is a GREAT place to work at, that’s exactly what I mean! Great benefits as well, and staff is very helpful as well as some of the residents!!!
Toxic work environment!!! The owner or manager doesn’t care what you are going thru in your personal life if you call off once you will be took off the schedule! they allow residents to physically and verbally attack you without any consequences to them! I was told i couldn’t even call the police after i was attacked and hit in my face by a resident! They all talk about the residents in front of them and they make you work 24/7 anywhere from 12 to 24 hours straight. don’t get me wrong the pay is great, but is not worth your ... read more
This job is very unprofessional and the only good thing that was good about it was the pay and the extra over time. If you want a job that reminds you of high school that’s the place to go You’ll have all the drama in the world and all the lies you can think of made up about you.
If you’re a young person and have the mental strength to deal with lies, and older people talking about you 24/7 without guidance because no one actually wants to help each other.. this is a job for that.
