He also did a great job of rebuilding the prongs and replacing a diamond on a priceless dinner ring that I inherited some 30 years ago.
I came in to Plum Jewelers for a new halo/vintage setting for my wedding ring and Randy had exactly what I wanted and for a great price. It was important to me to keep all the original components of my current ring and make it work with the new setting. He took the solitaire diamond off my diamond band and put it in the new setting and replaced the area where my prong setting was on my band with a diamond. My Mother recently passed away and I wanted to have her wedding rings re-sized so I could wear them. It was hard to turn over the most sentimental items I had that soon but I am SO glad I did! Most of the pronges needed repair and I might have lost the stones. Randy gave me a great price and had them ready for me in one week. I am extremely pleased and will use Plum Gold Jewelers again for any repairs and my jewelry!

Just overall unsatisfied with my repair. Won’t go into detail but he “Randy” knows why. I will never use Plum Gold again.
They did a fantastic job! I had brought my grandmothers ring in to have it placed into a setting and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! Love it!
