I have lived in Redwood Living Apartments for almost 7 years. One of the best things about living here is the no hassle maintenance. I simply have to put in a request and within a day one of the great maintenance workers show up to resolve the issue. Today they came to unclog my drains in tub and bathroom sink. They even changed the light bulbs!! That is service! The team is always friendly and very accommodating!
Nate showed up quickly last night to address my heating issue, work order 1026336. He replaced a part in the furnace and heat returned. Nate and John have been helpful and have taken action in trying to figure out my ongoing furnace issues. They guys who were here to replace the thermostat were not, stating they were not supposed to replace the box; they were just doing it to be nice. My time at Redwood was wonderful. The management & staff were very accommodating and always available. The apartment itself was very spacious and convenient. I enjoyed the attached garage, stainless steel appliances and the beautiful patio off the living room. I highly recommend Redwood Apartments to everyone!
I believe this request related to the separation of the trim at the front door threshold. Everything was corrected when I returned. Service has always been very prompt.
Summer is the best! Had all the patience and guidance one could ask for.
