We relocated my elderly parents from their home in Huron Ohio to Redwood in Brunswick Ohio.The apartment was very spacious and having 2 full baths, 2 bedrooms, and a 2 car garage worked beautifully for their needs. The community was quiet and the grounds well kept, not to mention maintenance was only a phone call away, and quick to response. Redwood is all about getting their money but not delivering on what they say. Had ants for months and not one time did spray as they promised the first of the month, over and over. Had dogs tethered on leashes outside (supposedly not allowed), barking at all hours of the night. My security deposit was sitting in their apartment mailbox instead of being mailed to where it was clearly written on both papers they asked for the address. No one communicated with me about my AC issue. All I know is that my AC unit is old and useless. Especially considering the rent I pay. I have no clue if anything happened. My patio door was left unlocked.
Ok except plaster still on floor. Not much but should have cleared up.
