I've been going to Dr Berg at Plum Creek Dental for about 10yrs. Dr Berg, Teresa and Michelle are the BEST! This office is not just about Business...It's clean, family friendly and they really care about your needs. I recently met with Dr Nunez for a crown that needed to be replaced - the best part of this visit is that I got my crown within 2hrs. Their technology is the best in town! And I'll keep coming back. Thanks guys-

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Yes, they are recommended by other dentists

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Somewhat Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

I had a terrible toothache and they were the only ones open on Friday---they told me to come right in, and were actually glad to see me, even though it looked busy. I take my family there now, and they are a first class operation start to finish. They help with insurance and don't try to sell you a lot of unnecessary work---they're the best in town by far!
