I should have wrote this review a long time ago. Back in March 2023, I was looking to get out of having oil and switching to natural gas. My original plumber always had an attitude or would never answer my calls half the time. I decided it was time to switch companies. My sister in law told me she used plum - air. Garrett serviced my mini-split system this morning. He was courteous, friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing and informed me how well the system is performing. Keep up the good work.
