After 11 years of dependable service one of our mini splitz air conditioners started blowing hot air. I reached out to several HVAC contractors and Plum Air was the only one who promply answered the phone and was able to send a technician that same day. I had a split system air conditioning put in my home by Plum Air 8 years ago. They were here for repairs numerous times. I have a line going through my laundry room that's still leaking. They were here twice to fix that, still leaking now. I had all my coils gone in all three units, they were leaking. They had to replace them and I was told I would have to pay for labor and they would cover parts to find out the freon is considered labor. I had to pay for that too. Yearly maintenance was done today. Technician was Garrett. What a guy!! Soft spoken, informative, respectful. A true gentleman. Plum-Air and Garrett are the best!!
