I randomly made an appointment with Taylor maybe 3 years ago, based solely on the vibrancy & creativity of her website. I didn’t know what I was walking into for that first appointment having picked someone online. I went to Plum on Sept. 22. I wanted a haircut and light streaks. After the streaks, Taylor washed my hair and it was orange all over. She then put a toner on it. It was still orange. Then she spent an hour trying to fix it. I asked if the coloring agent was bad. She did not know. Anyway she got it up to a bright red. I said I hate my hair. Her response was My bad.
