Plugged Piper just completed a sewer reline at my residence. Every employee involved was professional, confident in their knowledge, and determined to do a correct and thorough job. While communication from the office was sparce, the employees on the job were impressive.

I called this company to assist with a specific restoration issue in a home I was working in. Although they advised it was not something they could assist with, Sherry told me she would find out if they have a contact who could. Within 10 minutes she called me back with the direct contact info of someone who could help. The next time I need plumbing services, I will not hesitate to contact this company because they were so helpful even when they were not going to get my business this time. Thank you!

If there is ZERO star, I would give this company due to its owner (Len) ZERO star. I agreed with the owner $490 plus HST for cleaning roots in the pipe since it is weekend otherwise it is typically for this job he said $360. I agreed. The plumber showed up, unclogged the pipe and then he put the camera in the pipe to see if there are any more roots since I saw the roots before through a camera of the regional staff since they had to come here and who inspect if the the sewer backup not caused by the city.
