If there is ZERO star, I would give this company due to its owner (Len) ZERO star. I agreed with the owner $490 plus HST for cleaning roots in the pipe since it is weekend otherwise it is typically for this job he said $360. I agreed. The plumber showed up, unclogged the pipe and then he put the camera in the pipe to see if there are any more roots since I saw the roots before through a camera of the regional staff since they had to come here and who inspect if the the sewer backup not caused by the city. Yes, Michael did the job. And yes, they charged me the equivalent of driving from Mississauga in a Cessna : * 70 dollars for driving time to my job site. * 70 dollars for driving to the next job site. * 80 dollars for fuel. * 365 dollars for the job.
