Pros: they accomplished what I asked and were nice... good thing! CON: They said it would be a certain price BEFORE discount. I got up to pay and they said it was the same price because they didn't charge for take off and shape. But I asked several times if the price would be the same throughout the service. Shady. Be consistent. Hard to trust. Damn I was liking them but not sure if I'll return. Ugh.
