Had two guys come round to get me out of a real fix, my element needed changing on my boiler, Paul from PLS contacted me the night before yo let me know what time he would be there, he came about an hour early which was perfect for me, he turned with another guy Steve, both guy we're brilliant, helpful reassurring and professional. Will be using PLS in future. Thank guys.
