Thank you Phil! I called yesterday to ask for more information relating to possible mold testing for my daughters apartment. Phil sent a very detailed email giving me more insight to tenant/landlord rights/responsibilities. He also provided details relating to the subject of mold. Phil went above and beyond sharing information that is useful even knowing that I may not hire his services.

As a Realtor I'm often in need of advice on asbestos, mold and other hazardous situations in the sale of a home. I reached out to Phil after a home inspector advised a Seller of a MAJOR issue with asbestos.
