Great assistance good customer service very informative
PLS is a good financial service. However, It has been extremely busy every 4th week of each month. I was here today around 6pm to 7:15pm waiting period of time on Feb 23 @ 1570 S. Western Ave., LA CA 90006. One of the Customer service rep at night shift named DAVID on window 6 had told me to wait on window 7 for almost an hour until the shift supervisor named JUBER assisted me about my Xpectation card problem.
