Mucho tiempo de espera y solo dos ventanas abiertas
Vengo a pagar mis billes en esta sede de PLS hace mas de un año. Siempre me han atendido bien sin embargo hoy me tope con una persona horrible que no me dio buena atención, aparte ni saludo ni me entregó el recibo de forma amable (literal me lo botó y se fue hablar con su amigo). Revisen a quien contratan se supone que ustedes dan atención al cliente y debe ser un trato educado y amable y la atención que recibí fue terrible. Estoy pensando en si venir de nuevo acá.
