Angel, Hispanic guy with septum piercing, gave me an attitude unprovoked. I still smiled and spoke softly to him because I am a black woman & it could have escalated if I would have spoke with him the same way. I understand customer service can be draining sometimes but to give someone an attitude at 7:15 am UNPROVOKED was unnecessary. I was just trying to pay my rent smh.
