It’s 6am I’ve been standing here for 30 mins yelling for help and nobody walks up . There nobody and just a sign on the window saying speak up because the door bell isn’t working but nobody comes to the front . There’s a car parked outside directly infront of the door but nobody to be found to help . This is so inconvenient I’m gonna be late for work . You can’t even call the store because the number doesn’t allow you to contact anybody .

The store was very clean and organized. The customer service was excellent. I was greeted with warm smiles as I entered PLS. The manager working was focused I believe his name was KRIS. He didn’t mind helping and assisting his teammates when needed. The staff was very respectful and professional they kept the line moving. Speed of service was rapid, I was literally in and out less then 10 minutes.

Stopped in this morning a little before 8 a.m. waited at the counter for about two to three minutes before the employee walked over to me and said she was still counting her drawer and it would be at least 20 minutes. I told her I would wait to which she kind of acted surprised and then return to the back of the store but I noticed she wasn't counting his drawer she was just walking around going into a room several times using her cell phone.
