I booked a one time lawn mow because I was traveling at a cost of $90. Nothing was communicated and I came home to discover it was never done and 3 days past due. You can't get a hold of anyone when you call and can't wait, so they send you to chat. They didn't even know why work wasn't done and said they would try to find someone and to just wait for an email. This app allows you to book in demand yard, snow, and house services which are then contracted with local providers. I have always been impressed with the work and completion times. They leave photos of before and after.
Awful experience. Terrible communication and $400 for leaf removal ended up being a rip off. Not on time, took too long, had to chase them down to figure out what was going on.
The crew was very knowledgeable and helpful. They showed up on time, cleaned up after and the bill was the same as the estimate. I would definitely hire them again
