We worked with Jeff and it was honestly the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. We sat down and talked about what we were looking for (and what we weren't) We drove two different vehicles with absolutely no pressure to buy. The vehicle we decided on had a crack in the grill and they were agreeable to fix that and replaced one of the key fobs at no extra charge. Would definitely buy from them again! Jeff was so very helpful and a great guy!
I would highly not recommend buying from this business. The lack of integrity was astounding. This week I took my mother there to look at a black Chevrolet Malibu on the lot. We worked with salesman Dan Larson. Everything was looking good, and we proceeded with a purchase agreement and got the cashiers check to purchase the vehicle. Dan allowed us to take the vehicle to a separate local mechanic to do a diagnostic test. The diagnostic test showed FOURTEEN red flags. The last vehicle I purchase at Plover Auto I went to buy a truck from Plover Auto because 3 years ago I purchased a Toyota Prius and had no problems at all for 3 years . Not even 1 week with the truck I noticed an oil leak. I also couldn't open the tailgate. The tailgate was suppose to be fixed. So because I couldn't trust them I took it to the place I have trusted with all my vehicles I just learned more was wrong with the truck and the bill came to over $1800. Thanks Plover Auto!!!! DO NOT BUY RROM HERE!!!!!! My son bought a car from here last month. Paid cash. That very same day the car kept stalling. They told him to their auto repair shop in SP and they did not correct the problem. My son is having to use my car which is leaving me without any transportation at the moment. We have no idea what to do now. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!
