Most impressed with a technician (John) who they sent out to my travel agency. He fixed an airline printer problem we've had for THREE MONTHS. Even our IT guy couldn't figure out what the problem was but John had it fixed in roughly five minutes! Super efficient and ultra friendly service, very "down home" and non robotic, genuinely down to earth and friendly people. THANK YOU JOHN for saving the day!

They made the printings for my vans and they were great. The first ones were great for more than 2 years and still good, so we decided to do another van, but the second round gets completely black after 1.7 years. The response was that 3M only gave 1.5 years of warranty. So now we have to re do the vans in another place.

Used these guys for years... they switched out the graphics guy greatly to their detriment. The new guy is like a used car salesman. He quotes you then sends a greatly inflated invoice to you. Then can't explain the discrepancy- just mumbles on about "that's what the machine says..." Really amateurish stuff... then the owner takes up for him... Hustlers!

I couldn't be happier with Plotter Doctors. They did an amazing job designing our banners and business cards. Lani is very creative and I love how they turned out. I highly recommend them for all your printing needs.

5 Stars. Michael did a great job fixing the issues i was having with my plotter and generally tuned it and my related computer software up at the same time. Very happy with these guys.
