I have been going to Dr. Plotkin since 1992. I went in with shin splints and tendinitis. Being a runner and wanting as little down time as possible, he gave me simple exercises and I was fitted with a pair of orthodics (we had to tweek several times) and I have been pain free ever since. I am 56 years old now and still use the orthodics and still run at least 4X a week. I just finished a half marathon and am signed up for NY as well. Thanks, Dr. P. for taking care of me!
