James took the time, as he always does, to explain my vehicles brake issues, safety concerns, and how that affected my budget… he also warrantied a failed part, from a previous repair, at no charge. He was able to repair and make the vehicle safe to operate again, within budget, as well as form a plan for future maintenance. Customer since 2021 when we moved to Mt. Washington, will continue to use Ploof’s Showtime Auto.
Showtime knows how to fix things others in town wouldnt even attempt. Fixed my trailer lighting issue & new wheel bearings same day service despite being busy.
