I’m really impressed with the service i received at this store. After a small miss communication, they resolved the issue quickly and they went above and beyond my expectations. Very human and personalized service and their customer satisfaction is for real their top priority. Do not hesitate to do business with them, you won’t be disappointed for sure. Nick and the Aquadiva team have been amazing in helping us make the right choices for our bathroom renovation project. Nick was very patient with us, recommended us the right products, considered our budget and even spoke with our contractor to guide them in the project. Overall fantastic service! Went to get shower advice and we were impressed by Stephane's level of expertise. The service provided also by Nick was appreciated and made the sale easy. We bought a shower panel and are enjoying it. They have quality products and they back their products. Fully recommend.
Great selection of modern items and reputable brands. Knowledgeable and patient staff. Nick offered GREAT service from start to finish, and I never felt rushed while taking his time and asking my many questions even with how busy the store was at the time of my visit (Saturday afternoon, normal). I ended up finding everything I came in for. Good service, straightforward transaction, delivery in a very respectable timeframe. Would definitely recommend checking it out.
