Great job painting the interior of our home! I feel like I have a new house. They also replaced rotten wood on the outside post and painted them. I highly recommend this company!
I highly recommend the Plomari General Contractors, LLC who remodeled my master suite bedroom and bathroom. The extensive job was completed in the scheduled time and for the reasonable price that was agreed upon. George Mathios, who is a very knowledgeable manager, would come every morning to discuss with his crew, the work that needed to be completed, and return each afternoon to inspect their progress. They stained our decks and did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Plomari General Contractors for any of your painting needs.
The guys who worked at my house were very nice and courteous but I found it difficult to work with the owner. I thought the job was expensive but I needed the work done quickly and they worked me into the schedule. The owner said I would pay more with them because he only has the best workers. Then when I needed them to come fix a few issues (I was not upset) it was a MAJOR inconvenience for the owner and he bad mouthed his workers, which I thought was very unprofessional.
Did a nice job removing and replacing deck board and rotten area under wooden deck seat. Deck was cleaned well but when there was a problem with the stain color, he went ballistic and had to be reminded to not yell and just talk.
They painted the whole interior of our house including the basement rec room and garage. They did an excellent job on the walls (double coat) and trim at a very reasonable price. They patched nail pops and separating drywall. The garage had never been painted, so needed basic drywall taping and nail plastering on the walls and ceiling. This is the only place they fell somewhat short. Tape and nail locations are visible in many places after painting. We had one contractor for power-wash and stain the deck and fence, but he didn't show up twice on the days he promised. So we found George. He responded quickly and gave us an very good price. After power-washed the house, deck and fence, stained the deck and fence, now we feel like having a new deck and fence. We are so pleased by him and his worker!
We had our 3 storey home and deck pressure washed and the deck and rails painted. George and his crew did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and finished in a timely manner. I would recommend them and will be using this company again in the future!!!!
