Kyle from Plociniak just repaired a new furnace for me that I purchased from Nauman last April. Nauman should have fixed it under warranty but they wanted to charge me to fix a furnace that they installed in April 2025. Kyle did a great job and got it running better than it has run since I owned it. Plociniak is a class act all around!
Plociniak, thank you so much for coming to my aid when I was desperate for Heating oil. I had run out waiting for another company to deliver, and Plociniak saved me! I called in desperate need, and they were not only kind on the phone, but they showed up the next day during peak season and filled my tank! I can't tell you how much I appreciate their kindness and understanding of my predicament! Finally a company who cares about their customers! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I will never use anyone else!

Plociniak is my go to for all fuel oil, propane and furnace needs. Great prices, great staff all around. From the reception staff to the drivers, I wouldn't recommend any other company. Their technicians are top notch. Thanks for being a great customer friendly company.
I needed two services ASAP and Plociniak delivered! I needed my oil tank filled to capacity but also hadn't had a Heater service since I bought the house and thought it would be a good idea. Well, I KNEW it was a good idea when they sent Kyle over as the technician. He was very patient and answered all my questions with professionalism and with pleasure. I feel like I earned a BA in 'Heaterism' just listening to his explanations. I highly recommend Plociniak!
