worst rental agency, when you move in the place will be a dump and when you leave they will try to charge you for damages that were already on the property. look else where and save yourself a headache. we had maintenance problems every month, peeling paint, moldy cabinets, ac hardly worked, we went without an oven for 3 months because they wouldn’t replace it. the list could go on, employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. zero stars

Thoroughly unimpressed with condition of property upon move in, trash all over front and back yard. Minimal effort was made to clean up after previous tenants. For example, disgusting bathroom shelves were just flipped over instead of cleaned. Bad leak in kitchen sink and molded cabinet as a result. AC window unit install was poor with large gaps for air to escape on sides and and essentially no post-install touch up to Sheetrock and trim.
