Excellent—From maintenance to the ease of paying and excellent upkeep of the bldgs. A perfect landlord.
Problematic landlord, not professional. I am writing this review because I would not wish this experience on anyone else and maybe my public share can help you avoid a similar situation. I do NOT recommend Plinth Group, LLC if you're queer or BIPOC. Watch out for miscommunications, lies, and changing stories with this rental group.
