Had the exact same problem They claim to be able to "leverage" your funds through an offshore deal. All they do is take your money and then start stalling and making excuses why they can't return your funds. In the end, they stop answering the phone or responding in any way. STAY AWAY, these people should be locked up so they stop ripping people off.
WARNING! This organization is a FRAUD! They have stolen over 150k in my partner money in a SBLC SCAM . They have not corresponded with my partner to fix the problem were they stand to make 1.7m in return. So why have they not fixed the problem?
