My wife's HR department provided flexible spending accounts through this company. In December I used my "Benny Card" to get my teeth cleaned. A few days later my dentist called and said the card was denied. My wife had previously verified the amount on the card was enough. I've never had a card denied in my life. It was embarrassing to say the least. We questioned the claim and were told we had to submit a receipt.
