So thankful for plentiful kitchen! When I was sick and taking care of a busy toddler they kept our family fed with beautiful healthy meals. Highly recommend!
The food that comes out of Plentiful Kitchen is indeed plentiful! I look forward to the days I can fill my fridge with delicious, nourishing, organic, gluten and dairy-free food that is always a crowd-pleaser with my family. I am a functional medicine doctor and I recommend Plentiful Kitchen to all of my patients that are local to the east bay. Inbal is a master chef and cooks with the intention to heal the people she feeds. This food is medicine. The portions are generous. And it is a life saving service for busy families that want to eat healthy without gluten, dairy and added sugars. This is a gift to our area.
This service is amazing if you live in SF and want to have healthy options available in your fridge. My husband and I had a 3-4 dinners and had plenty of leftovers from each one that we continued to eat for lunch/breakfast the following days. Highly recommend for those looking for a local and fresh meal prep option.
We love Plentiful Kitchen and the delicious food they make! All meals are made from seasonal ingredients, the recipes are innovative, and the best part is you feel amazing after eating! All food comes in tasteful glass containers that are reused by Plentiful kitchen- I especially love that they are taking the extra step to really reduce plastic waste in the food system. So good as a gift for a new family welcoming a baby or just for a busy household that wants to eat well sustainably.
