Tim is a very conscientious provider of homewatch service, and steps up when necessary to handle emergency tasks when the homeowner is out of town. Highly recommended!
I have been working with Tim the owner for two years and am very happy with the service he performs and the level of communication. Tim prepares a detailed report after every visit. Because of expected severe cold he suggested a special visit to make sure there weren't any frozen pipes. When there were batteries needed for alarms Tim ordered and replaced them while I was gone.
