I have lived in a Plennes property management home for almost 5 years now and have had absolutely no issues with working with Tim. He’s a very understanding person and responsive when we need him. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to rent through him.
We moved in from out of state, and found it very difficult to find a place. Tim’s online presence helped out immensely, and his willingness to work with us on the showing. He is also very attentive to the property. The lights in the apartment very making a ticking that was affecting my tinnitus, he made sure it was fixed that same day. I would definitely recommend Tim.
