After working with Plekkenpol for over five years and spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on at least three different projects, this is not a review we expected to write. Plekkenpol recently completed a bathroom project for our home, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish! All the highly experienced employees and subcontractors clearly take pride in their work; they are real craftsmen/women who really wanted us to be happy with the results. And we are thrilled! I will definitely be calling them future planned projects we have!
We worked with Plekkenpol Builders on 3 projects with our home. The biggest was a partial remodel of 3 bathrooms and involved a lot of decisions about what we wanted for the spaces. Our two project managers, Emily and Reno, were wonderful at helping us problem solve, describing what they could do to make the space more usable, helping with design decisions about finishes, colors, lighting, and cabinetry options. **Update: Plekkenpol came back in February and March 2025 and fixed the issues, which we so appreciate. We did not have the best experience unfortunately. We do have a beautiful bathroom now, but the process was rough and they had to come out 2 more times within the year of finishing because things weren’t done properly the first time. The designer we used went on maternity leave 1/3 way into the project, but they should have had another designer fill in for her to help out on the project and come out to see the finished pro... read more
