I ordered two skin care products from their website. I didn’t receive a delivery update so I reached out via email. They let me know that their “inventory was off” so they had to wait for another shipment of my product. A few days later I received a email stating the products had shipped. Then, a week later, I reached out again because the tracking # was not working on the USPS website. They informed me that my package was lost and they had to wait to hear back from USPS. First time visiting Pleij and Jalyssa did a phenomenal job. She was so personable and made me feel super comfortable. She took time to understand my hair history and was incredibly thorough from start to finish. Can’t wait to go back and being family.

I contacted them to for styling men’s hair piece. I was told $160. I called back the next day to set up appointment, I was told $47 to $68. Higher price for more experienced. I chose $68 and wasted 2 hours going there to find out they didn’t have enough time for me. Also the price was changed again to $250. Outrageous to charge $250 for a cut. Waste of my time. I’d give it 0 star if I could.
