This bakery offers items of the highest quality. The staff is very friendly and professional and had answers to my questions. They provided the most beautiful (and wonderful tasting) cake I've had since my grandmother was living. I called the order in and it was ready for pick up after 3:00pm. They never responded to my request, and it was for a rainbow themed cake.... It could be an oversight, but it didn't leave me with the best feeling.
Amazing! Always love a bakery. I grew up with a bakery that my Mom took us to and now we don't have one in our town. Luckily m y daughter lives in St. Matthews and brought me to Pheln's and it is so good. It took me back in time. Love everything about this place and will be back every chance I get.
