I hired Gabriel to install laundry and kitchen vents in our place. After I pointed my concern about the big gap in the ceiling around the vent pipe, when I was doing final checks, he became extremely defensive and started to list out the things such going to Home Depot to get stuff, installing box around pipe etc. (which are part of his job) as going extra mile. I paid Gabriel $4000.00 deposit on my roof replacement from 10/23/2020 and now he has disappeared with the money and no roof replaced. I trusted him against my better judgement, but as the 'brains' of the family, this seems to be his MO. I just want my money back and to forget about him!!!
Gabriel and his team work extremely fast! They did a great job and stopped all the water damage. They even cleaned out the gutters, which was necessary but not required of them. There was a hiccup with my deposit, and Gabriel still started the job early and finished early. I really appreciated that.
This company is complete garbage , installed defective shingles on the roof , it’s been a year and Gabriel has yet to return my calls , he took the insurance money and ran. I do not recommend this company.
Gabriel from Pledge came to my house after I filed a roof claim for hail damage with my insurance company while selling my home. Once he was finished inspecting the roof, and insurance agreed to cover it, he provided me a quote same day. Since he was part of the managed repair network of my insurance carrier it made managing payment even easier. Pledge was able to get out to the home and take care of the roof, gutter, screens and chimney damage incredibly quickly and with high quality repairs which helped me to move forward ... read more
