Very run down!
The landlords\property owners have been exceptionally understanding about myself n the tough predicaments that i keep ending up in or maybe just that I haven't found my way out of yet.... Update as to the extent of the situation: At the end of the day my rent wasnt paid up to a couple grand n they sued me for almost 6000$ which does not actually add up to how much i owe them.
